All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days and you will receive a tracking number during this time.
Please note: if you have ordered a bundle that includes a headrail this may be shipped separately from the other items in the order.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, including the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
